Solent Community Solutions
Solent Community Solutions ("SCS") is a partnership created by the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust ("LIFT"). This partnership has and will continue to deliver new health and social care facilities across East Hampshire, Fareham and Gosport.
With three new health and children's service centres already open to the public, SCS has already begun to improve the health and wellbeing of its community customers.
We are currently working on proposals fot Oak Park Community Hospital in Havant, a community hospital development in Farenham on the former Coldeast Hospital site. For more details on these projects, please refer to the portfolio section.
Our Vision
".. whenever and wherever a patient becomes ill or believes they are in need of healthcare, that patient can access a high standard of primary healthcare irrespective of their age, sex and health problem and irrespective of the practice they are registered with"
