About Us
Solent Community Solutions (SCS) is the public private partnership set up specifically to develop and maintian community based, primary health and social care premises in the Solent area.
The partnership is between Community Solutions for Primary Care (CSPC), Community Health Partnerships (CHP) and Hampshire Primary Care Trust (PCT).
SCS is a private company limited by shares, the majority of which (60%) are owned by the private sector. See our structure for more details of shareholder management structure.
