What We Do

Solent Community Solutions ("SCS") is a partnership created by the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust ("LIFT"). This partnership has and will continue to deliver new health and social care facilities across East Hampshire, Fareham and Gosport.

With three new health and children's service centres already open to the public, SCS has already begun to improve the health and wellbeing of its community customers.

We are currently working on Gosport Medical Centre, a community centre at Gosport War Memorial Hospital, Berry Road.  Gosport Medical Centre is scheduled to open autumn 2010
